Leave the oven when you leave for 10 minutes?

I had a discussion with my wife, who refused to follow the path of the store because she had just put dinner in the oven. The oven is only 3 years and having seen for myself how it is connected internally (son purposes, double insulation layer steel) and the correct installation and proper functioning, "not flammable" food inside. What are the real possibilities of ignition. Has anyone seen a modern oven light?

I usually try to stay home when furnaces, but if I miss a few minutes, I will. The oven is still new and what said connected properly, then there should be no problem. I do not think the odds are very high.
